Pollicino is a fairy tale for music based on Collodi, Grimm and Perrault,
libretto by Giuseppe di Leva.
German version by Hans Werner Henze.

This production of the opera Pollicino was performed recorded during the
Klosterspiele Hirsau 2003.

Cast:

The Aurelius Sängerknaben Calw with their soloist Dominik Blum (as Pollicino),
Alexandra Kirschner (as mother), Andreas Kramer (as father),
Jacques Does (as man-eater), Birgit Sehon (as his wife), Corinna Blaich (as Clotilde),
the girls choirs of the Chorvereinigung Liederkranz Concordia Calw
and the orchestra of the Musikschule Calw.
