Shipping Information:

All shipments are being sent by "Deutsche Post" (german postal service) via registered mail either in letter format or as DHL parcel. This improves reliability of delivery. In case that a shipment still gets lost in the postal system, as registered letter your shipment is insured up to a worth of 30,- Euro (outside Germany). International shipments are usually sent with up to 4 items per letter. However, 5 or 6 CDs can also be shipped in one letter. In other cases ordered items will be divided in two or more separate letters at actual shipping cost. International shipment via DHL parcel post is available to many countries on request (and at actual cost). DHL Premium parcel (within the EU) is insured up to a worth of 500,- EUR and is recommended on orders consisting of more than 16 items.

Germany :

As of 01 January 2009 new regulations concerning the disposal of secondary packaging have come into effect. Due to these new regulations I feel impelled to cease postal delivery to customers in Germany for the time being. Nevertheless, customers in Germany do have the opportunity to pick up ordered and paid items at my office upon special agreement. The purchased items will be prepared for pick-up and handed over on presentation of the receipt (which will be submitted by e-Mail in advance).






For patrons there will also remain the opportunity of a personal handing over of previously ordered items, upon agreement also at joined concert attendances, should the situation arise.

Low cost shipping via registered Surface mail is not offered anymore by "Deutsche Post". In some cases you can still minimize actual shipping costs by choosing partial removal of CD jewel cases. If you chose this option two CD albums (with their included artwork) will share one jewel case. This way up to 8 CDs can be shipped in one letter. However, case removal is not possible with albums which come in Digipak case (like Escolanía del Escorial or Marlon). Please note that CD albums opened for repacking are non-returnable.
